2. Authentication
The Authentication module is a foundational component of Pao Group CMS, ensuring secure and controlled access to the system. This module encompasses key features that facilitate user identity verification, login processes, and account security.
2.1 Login
Visit the login page.
Enter your email/phone number and password.
Click the "Sign In" button to access the CMS.
2.2 Logout
Click on the user profile icon in the top right corner.
Select "Logout" from the dropdown menu.
2.3 Forgot password
If you've forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it securely using OTP (One-Time Password) verification:
On the login page, click the "Forgot Password" link.
Enter the email address or phone number associated with your account.
A unique OTP code will be sent to the provided email address or phone number.
Check your email or messages for the OTP code.
Enter the received OTP code on the password reset page.
Once the OTP is validated, you will be prompted to create a new password.
Enter your new password and confirm it.
Click the "Reset Password" button to complete the process.
