9. Point of Sale
The KTV Point of Sale (POS) system is a comprehensive solution designed to streamline and enhance the management of karaoke venues. This system is tailored to meet the specific needs of karaoke establishments, providing efficient tools for order processing, room management, booking handling, and payment transactions. Here's an overview of the key features and functionalities:
1. Top Menu:
Exchange Rate Configuration: Allows users to set and manage exchange rates to VND for easy currency conversion.
Add Booking Request: Initiates the creation of new booking requests for karaoke rooms.
Exit: Provides a quick exit option to return to the CMS.
2. Left Panel:
Room Tab: Enables users to check in, create new orders, or return the current order for a specific karaoke room.
Booking Tab: Displays and manages booking requests, offering options to check in, cancel, or confirm reservations.
Product Tab: Activates when an order is selected, allowing users to add products to the order, categorized for ease of selection.
3. Right Panel:
Current Order Information: Presents details of the current order for the selected karaoke room.
Checkout: Stops calculating duration when the customer requests to check out.
Pay: Opens a payment modal with sub-total, discount (percentage or amount), coupon code, and total amount. Users can select payment methods such as Cash, GCash, or Bank Transfer. Additionally, options to print an invoice or confirm payment.
Cancel Order: Allows cancellation of the current order.
Add Extra: Permits the addition of extra items not listed in the Product tab to the current order.
